Personal data request

You have the right to know what data we have about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. We will handle it within one month at the latest, usually much sooner.

Do you have an account? Sign in, and in “My account” you can download a copy of your data and delete your account yourself with one click, without waiting.

The one you have in your account or gave to a company. It tells us whose data it is. We will also send the reply to this e-mail.
Write exactly what you want to correct or delete. Do not send your password or a copy of an ID document.

What happens next

  1. You will get a confirmation right away that we have received the request.
  2. If we are not sure that the request really comes from you, we will ask you to confirm it from the e-mail of your account.
  3. We will reply within one month at the latest. We send a copy of the data by e-mail; we confirm deletion and correction.

Handling the request costs you nothing. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Slovak data protection office (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). More in the Privacy Policy.
